A Full renovation of the lower half on an Edinburgh townhouse, with large extension, comprising of an open plan kitchen and living space. An Extensive landscaping of the garden,  and adding a cedar clad new car port with smart vehicle charging access to the rear. 

We presented our client with a bespoke solution to transform a small clunky 1 bedroom apartment, into a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom one plan city hangout. A full renovation and input of structural steels to open up the kitchen & living spaces was delivered. 

Our task was to fully redecorate and input 2 new bathroom spaces into an existing  office space in a former Edinburgh Townhouse in the city centre. The key was to strike the correct balance between preserving the historical features of the building, whilst inputting the modern services required.
